This course is designed to immerse students in the world of theater, focusing on both performance and technical skills. Throughout the year, students will engage in acting fundamentals, participate in two major productions (the fall play "Clue" and a spring one-act play), and explore various aspects of theater including set design, costumes, lighting, and sound. The class emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and the development of individual talents in a supportive environment.

Mastery of basic and advanced acting techniques
Experience in auditioning, rehearsing, and performing in major productions
Knowledge of technical theater, including set, costume, and lighting design
Development of teamwork and collaboration skills through group projects

Fall Production: "Clue" (Auditions in August; Performances in November)
Spring One-Act Play (Auditions in December, Performances/Competition in April)
